Amenities:
The Barn can accommodate 150 inside the barn.
Kitchen, bar areas,
tables, chairs, and linens are included.
Sound bar and sound system decorations are available at the users discretion with no additional charge. Access to the bridal and groom suites. Engagement and bridal photo shoots on the property are included in this cost. NOTE: This does not include the photographer.
Elopement Package
Available for up to 60 people.Holidays excluded
- Monday-Wednesday: $900.00 (4 hours)
Decorations are available.
Venue Pricing (Non-Wedding)
Venue rentals include parties, banquets, corporate parties and reunions.- $250.00/hour (4 hour minimum)
This includes the use of the barn, tables and chairs.
Photo Shoots
We allow photographers on the property- Photos taken around Barn and Arbor area $100.00
- Access to entire property and will be driven around by staff: $200.00
**All fees must be paid in cash for photo shoots.**
