The barn will seat 150 inside comfortably.

We are in the country just south of the DFW metroplex, in the town of Blum, TX. A great place to experience the beautiful scenery, but not too far from the city!

Yes we do, but we require a licensed Certified TABC bartender to serve to the guests on the premises.

Yes, security is required if alcohol is being served. We have a person you can contact from the Johnson County Sheriffs Department to make arrangements.

At this time we do not. You are allowed to bring the vendors of your choice, however we are happy to recommend people to you.

We supply your tables, chairs, and linens. I have available for use in decorating: glassware, wood, deer-horns, table-skirts, signs, sheperds hooks, etc.. that you may use at no additional charge. Your bridal/engagement photo sessions on the land, or at the barn. Note: Photography price is not included with venue rental.

You are allowed to use candles ONLY if they are in containers that do not allow the wax to spill onto the tablecloths.

Sparklers, real flower petals, bird seed or anything that is biodegradable. No confetti is allowed.

No, we require in our contract that all decorations that the client wants be removed unless you want to leave and donate for our brides in the future (please speak with me). All trash is to be taken to the dumpster and the kitchen area to be cleaned.
